ADMISSIONS & REGISTRATION

Our open enrollment and registration for the 2024-2025 school year begins on February 12, 2024.   


ADMISSION PROCESS:


1. Complete the online application. A link will be posted on our website beginning February 12, 2024. When completing the online application, you will need to upload the following documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records (Must be on Florida Certificate of Immunization form DH 680)
  • Physical Form (Must be on State of Florida School Entry Health Exam form DH 3040 form and dated within the last 12 months)
  • Most recent Report Card (and Transcript for High School only)
  • Student Records Release
  • Spiritual Testimony (Required for grades 6-12)

Additional Documents Required:

  • Teacher Recommendation
  • Pastor Recommendation
  • Please note: Teacher Recommendation and Pastor Recommendation forms MUST be submitted by the person completing the form. Therefore, we cannot accept forms turned in by parents/guardians. All forms must be emailed directly from the individual filling out the reference form.

2. Next, you will be contacted to schedule testing and an interview. Upon acceptance to MBA, you will need to pay the registration fee to secure your child's spot in class.


3. Fill out and return any additional paperwork/agreements that may be needed.

TUITION & FEES

2024-2025 tuition is $8,500.

  • A 5% discount applies to any tuition paid in full by August 1, each year.
  • Single Payment Plan, due by August 1: $8,075
  • Semester Payment Plan, 2 payments of $4,250
  • 10-Month Payment Plan (beginning August 1): $850 per month

Multiple Child Tuition Discount:

  • First child, full tuition
  • Additional child(ren), 5% discount ($8,075 // $807.50)
  • Discount is not applicable on Pre-K4 fees or to students who have been awarded a Step Up for Students scholarship.

Pre-K4 Weekly Rate:

  • $150 per week for 42 weeks of the school year. This includes Thanksgiving Break (1 week), Christmas Break (2 weeks), and Spring Break (1 week)

Registration Fees: 

  • New Students: $175 (non-refundable)
  • Returning Students: $150 (non-refundable)

Book Fees:

  • Pre-K4 and K5 - $365
  • 1st through 12th - $520

Testing Fees: 

  • PSAT Test Fee for 8th through 11th grades - $20
  • SAT Test Fee for 12th grade - $60
  • Standardized Achievement Test Fee - Included in Tuition

EXTENDED CARE

Before-School Care (BSC) for Elementary

  • A non-instructional, low activity time. 
  • It is conducted in a multi-age setting. BSC begins at 6:30 a.m., and concludes at 8:30 a.m. with the start of school.

After-School Care (ASC) for All Grades

  • Also a non-instructional activity time that is conducted in a multi-age setting.
  • ASC begins at 3:15 p.m. and concludes at 6:00 p.m.

Extended Care Fees:

  • Monthly Before-School Care: $75 per child (November/March is $60, December is $45)
  • Monthly After-School Care: $160 per child (November/March is $130, December is $100)
  • Monthly Before-School and After-School Care: $210 per child    (November and March: $160 per child, December: $110 per child)
